My working method

At LunaVital, your path to hormonal balance starts with a clear and personal approach. We start with an Online hormone analysis, which quickly gives you insight into your hormonal status. This forms the starting point for a more in-depth intake interview, in which we map out your situation and needs together. After this, you can choose between an Online guidance program for flexible support or a Personal coaching program for intensive guidance and direct results. Whatever form of guidance you choose, at LunaVital you are central, and we ensure that you can work on your health in a pleasant, practical way.

  • Step 1 - Understanding your hormone balance

    My coaching process starts with the Online Hormone Analysis . This analysis gives you quick insight into your hormonal balance and forms the basis for further steps.

  • Step 2 - From insight to action

    After the analysis, you can proceed to the In-depth intake , in which we discuss your situation thoroughly and draw up a personal advice. We will then also look together at which next step suits you best.

  • Step 3 - From action to sustainable integration

    You then have the choice of an Online coaching trajectory or a Personal coaching trajectory . Which option is most suitable for you, we determine during the intake interview in step 2.
