Checking in with yourself

A moment to reflect on how you are doing.

You're functioning. But it's taking more and more effort.

Maybe you sleep restlessly, feel tired often, or notice that everything demands a little more energy than before. You persevere, adapt, and think that maybe it's just part of life.

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, we don't always take the time to truly reflect on how we're doing. And often, we don't even know what questions we can or should ask ourselves.

That's why I always ask women a few questions in my counseling sessions. Not to analyze or determine anything, but to create space for reflection:

What do I actually feel, and how am I doing?

I've compiled these questions for you in this short self-reflection, so you can ask yourself them in peace.

It's not a checklist, not a test, and not a diagnosis. There's no result, and nothing needs to be resolved immediately.

What you will have after completing the questionnaire is a better understanding of how you feel right now. You pause for a moment to reflect on yourself, without judgment or conclusions.
