Directing your energy – intensive is for women who notice that they:
- need extra support to maintain changes
- be prone to relapse
- need more structure, proximity and coordination
Not because you're not doing it right, but because sometimes it's simply too much to see, feel and do everything alone.
Who this course is intended for
This intensive programme is suitable for you if you:
- have been experiencing complaints such as fatigue, brain fog or restless sleep for a long time
- notice that your carrying capacity changes
- know what you would like to change, but find it difficult to stick to it
- need regular coordination and a push
- seriously want to invest in sustainable change
This program is intended for women who want to move forward , with support that moves with their lives.
What you will receive in this program
Taking control of your energy – intensive is an 8 to 12 week coaching programme in which we work together on gaining insight, taking action and ensuring progress is made.
The program consists of everything that is also in Regie op je energie , supplemented with extra guidance:

Very extensive anamnesis
We carefully map out your complaints, energy flow, resilience and patterns. -
Diary (7 days + follow-up reflections)
Not only insight, but also feedback and deepening throughout the process. -
Personal action plan
This is not fixed, but will be adjusted during the process based on how you are doing. -
Multiple 1-on-1 conversations
Spread throughout the process, focused on adjusting, reflecting and maintaining. -
Weekly check-ins
Short moments of contact to keep your finger on the pulse. -
WhatsApp contact at agreed times
For difficult phases, doubts or when you notice that you are in danger of relapsing. -
Monthly progress reflection
A short scan of where you stand in terms of energy, recovery and resilience.
This path is intended not to make you start over again and again , but to allow change to take hold.
What this can bring you
Women who choose intensive guidance often indicate that they:

- recognize more quickly when it's getting too much
- adjust rather than continue
- gain more confidence in their own signals
Not because everything always goes smoothly, but because you can fall back on me when things get tough.

- We adjust the pace and intensity to your capacity
If, during the process, I find that further support is not appropriate and a referral is necessary, you will only pay for the time spent. The remaining amount will be pro-rated. Care and safety are always our top priority.
When this path may not (yet) be suitable
This process requires active involvement and a willingness to continue coordinating. Sometimes it's better to initially remain focused on the situation.
This path may not (yet) be suitable if you:
- feels a particular need for explanation and overview
- notice that you need rest before taking steps
- still want to explore what works for you
That's also a valuable phase. You don't have to force anything.
Are you unsure about which products to choose?
Some women start with Regie op je energie (Regie on your energy) and later move on to intensive support. Others know beforehand that they need more support.
You don't need to be certain about this now. We'll always work together to determine what's appropriate.
