The Deepening Intake offers a conversation based on your completed questionnaire and advice plan. During this conversation we interpret the results together and you will receive a customized advice for your specific situation.

Preparation

We start with the Online Hormone Analysis (step 1). You fill in the questionnaire and receive your advice plan.

Personal conversation

During an intake interview, we will discuss your advice plan and your personal situation in detail. This can be done online or physically, depending on your preference. Together, we will look at the causes of your complaints and discuss possible solutions.

Customized advice

After the consultation, I will draw up a tailor-made action plan for you, aimed at restoring your hormonal balance and improving your overall well-being.
