Sunveda Hydrasun Milk SPF50+, 150ml

Natural sunscreen without hormone disrupting substances

Safe, female-friendly and thoughtfully selected

As a hormone expert, I see in my practice every day how much influence care products can have on the hormonal balance of women. Sunscreen is a striking example of this. It is applied to large parts of your skin and often used daily for weeks. That is precisely why it is so important that you know what you are applying. And that it is safe. Not only for your skin, but also for your hormones.

Why I prefer to avoid regular sunscreens

Many sunscreens from well-known brands contain ingredients that have been linked to hormonal disruption in scientific studies. Think of oxybenzone, homosalate, octinoxate and synthetic fragrances. These substances are absorbed through your skin, enter your bloodstream and can build up in your body with repeated use. This can be an extra burden, especially for women with complaints such as PMS, cycle problems, PCOS or menopausal symptoms.

Especially in the summer, when you apply it daily, sunscreen is not just a care product. It is a permanent player in your hormone environment. And that is exactly why I want to make a conscious choice here.

Why I choose Sunveda's Hydrasun Milk SPF50+

I have researched this sunscreen extensively. Not only for sun protection and spreadability, but especially for composition and hormonal impact. What I appreciate about this cream is that it protects without disturbing.

The filters used, such as Tinosorb A2B and Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, are modern, photostable and are hardly absorbed through the skin. Unlike many conventional products, this sunscreen does not contain oxybenzone, parabens or other substances that are on official lists of hormone disruptors.

In addition, Hydrasun Milk SPF50+ contains plant oils and extracts such as sesame oil, chamomile, calendula and carrot. These ingredients care for your skin, soothe irritations and even mildly support hormonal balance through their natural effect.

The texture is soft, absorbs quickly and does not leave a white cast. You can use it daily, also on your face and under make-up.

Ingredients I trust

The composition is based on vegetable oils, phyto-estrogenic extracts and safe sun filters. Everything is developed with attention to skin friendliness and hormonal calm. And the result is impressive: a sunscreen that works, but does not put unnecessary strain on your body.

Usage

Apply liberally to your skin, preferably fifteen to twenty minutes before going outside. Reapply after swimming, sweating or toweling. Use daily in spring and summer, just like a day cream.

A conscious choice for your skin and your hormones

I know that the range of sunscreens is large and that it is tempting to choose what you already know. But I see what hormone disruptors can do and how important it is to put your health first in even small choices.

This sunscreen fits that picture. Not perfect, but a huge step forward.
